The operation of PhotoStudio 3 does not depend on the Bogart version
It can also be used with Bogart 11.
But the outdated PhotoStudio 3 software
does not like- pictures bigger than 8 MB
- pictures bigger than 8 MegaPixels
- embedded modern tags like GPS data, face recognition data,...
If PhotoStudio won't like the picture, it will crash or render colourful stripes when editing pictures - no matter what Bogart version is used.
Since version 8, Bogart uses a little more memory. Therefore Bogart 8 and higher tend to crash a few minutes earlier then older versions. But if one or more pictures make problems, all version will crash. And if using cameras from the time PhotoStudio 3 was developed by the third-party company, also Bogart 11 will work with those pictures. If you scale modern pictures down to <8 MP and <8 MB and remove all modern EXIF data before importing them, also Bogart 11 can be used. Nevertheless, PhotoStudio 3 may crash any time with any Bogart version. If you start the Casablanca-3, render the 3D "flight" you want and shut down the system afterwards, this feature might be usable.
