Should be no problem. Bogart Windows will import nearly all camcorder formats, as long as it's not in any special proprietary format (like RED).
Bogart Windows can use all listed project resolutions 3840x2160p30, 3840x2160p25, 3840x2160p24.
Just make sure you think of the finished output
Arabesk does not support 24p, and a Blu-ray in general
does not support 1920x1080p30 (and is always 4:2:0) So if you want to make a Blu-ray, choose the project setting 3840x2160p25 (and better record in this format, so Bogart won't have to adjust the framerate).
By the way... I am working on a step-by-step guide on how to burn UHD-BD's with 3840x2160. Will post in the forum when it's done.
