Aspector

Seeking help re Aspector . When converting 4x3 video to 16x9 and using “Zoom” to expand the 4x3 video does the zoom affect the pixel size if so what percentage of zoom would be the best to use for optimum result?
With converted 4x3 to 16x9 video played back on a computer via Windows Media Player I note that the 4x3 Effects such as Fog do not cover the 16x9 picture. There are un effect borders on the left and right hand sides on the play back screen. Is there a way to fix this?
Aspector is a brilliant program, just need to understand it better.

Please be sure that within the "Project setting" menu, the Project "Image" is set to "Full" :!:

Otherwise effects will not render the old "overscan" area of your video and you have about 8% where the FX rendering is missing.

If you are in a 16:9 project and use the Aspector on a scene with black borders, the Aspector preview function will show you the result. :thumbup:
